Eclectic California

Did you know that one of the main reasons California has such an eclectic bunch of people within its borders is the gold rush? What this entails is that both selfishness and laziness are to thank for the racial and ethical tolerance that exists within California, selfishness because people abandoned their families, towns, and homes to seek out riches, and laziness because when all the gold was found, they were too lazy to go back.

The Tapir

So, I just found out about an animal I've never heard of until now called the tapir. It's looks sort of like a pig combined with a horse and a rhino, pretty awesome. I love the flabby nose it has.
